I am bringing up this topic again because the promotional loan with the directive Familienwohnen is available again at the SAB.

Maybe someone who has already taken advantage of it can explain here.

The funding conditions state, among other things, that 3 comparison offers must be obtained and submitted for the construction work. How does this work in practice? A general contractor offers their houses from the catalog; where do you get comparison offers from there, especially since services are only provided against signature from a certain degree of individualization and no construction plans are issued in advance? We ourselves will build with individual contracts. I can hardly obtain comparison offers for every single work contract, can I??? No construction company/tradesman complies with that nowadays. Just for preparing an offer for the shell construction we are currently paying €1200, after other companies immediately declined due to full books...

Just pop into a house exhibition and have something calculated on a flat-rate basis... pretend something...

It is simply the case that many framework conditions for awarding contracts are difficult to adapt to the general market.
