House financing through SAB

I am surprised. If I haven't taken a wrong turn somewhere, a civil servant teacher (A13 in NRW) with a wife and 2 children as the sole "breadwinner" is a case for social housing.

That may be correct, although civil servants are treated somewhat differently than employees. A banker as the sole earner with two children can also be a case for social housing, precisely because one parent takes care of raising the children.

What is not a case for social housing, however, are the DINKs.

Have others since gained experience with the SAB regarding the financing of the new house construction?

The fact is that the family program has not been available since July because the fund is empty, making the SAB for 2016 uninteresting.

50,000 € at 0.25% (p.a.) fixed for 10 years - remaining debt 37,175.84 €

2. second component additional funding for a child - annuity loan
75,000 € at 0.65% (p.a.) fixed for 25 years - full repayment

3. third component annuity loan of
185,000 € at 1.41% (p.a.) fixed for 10 years - remaining debt 145,309.13 €

Did you take the SAB? Or are you not quite that far yet?

ok then I will call them in Dresden, for us it is probably already more necessary, but first I have to see if they even want to support us - purely based on the conditions, which in the end are still better than the regular KfW programs (124 +153 (we want to build KFW 55)), one shouldn't actually hesitate since there is nothing better, unless you can pay everything in cash....
