I am amazed. If I have not taken a wrong turn somewhere, a tenured teacher (A13 in NRW) with a wife and 2 children as the sole "breadwinner" is a case for social housing.
I am astonished. If I didn’t take a wrong turn somewhere, a civil servant teacher (A13 in NRW) with a wife and 2 children as the sole "breadwinner" is a case for social housing.
??? I don’t understand. Civil servant in A13. That is a great starting point. The amount of income is not everything. Continuity plays a crucial role.
Precisely BECAUSE it is a great starting point, I don’t quite understand where the NRW.Bank sees the need for funding there. Or put differently: Many more home builders who consider themselves supposedly "well-off" should better check again whether they could also take advantage of subsidies.
