If I were you, I would check out the all-round craftsmen / janitorial services / Oleg&boleg Bau UG on eBay Kleinanzeigen and have them come over.

We found one here with his own screening plant and crusher. He takes it all very cheaply and then uses it as RC under the pavement for other customers. He is always very grateful for concrete, but you can hardly build with Ytong and brick gravel...

Hi,
we had a house demolished in Hannover just 3 weeks ago.
The house was from the post-war years, including extensions about 160m2 in size and half basement. 3/4 of the facade were eternit panels, asbestos. Additionally, garage and various concrete surfaces and basement excavation, paid a total of 23k.
The house was cleaned of floors etc. beforehand, gutted and the facade was removed.

For us, it was a well-established demolition company from Hannover.

I had about 5 offers, from lump sum to everything itemized, sometimes with a crusher sometimes with complete landfill.
The price differences amounted to about €20,000 in total.
