why is this broken down like that with you?
I know it like this
house is gutted
excavator breaks down
a lab sample must be taken for every 500 cubic meters. pollutant class decides which landfill at what cost.
what is in the building materials is hard to see from the outside. especially in the post-war period, whatever was available was used. the "concrete wall from the 40s/50s caused more worries for the demolition company than the cow shed.
regarding the offers:
a flat rate is always calculated so that the demolition contractor is on the safe side.
look for quantities and pollutant classes in the offers.
extremely expensive for us were crushers and complete offers including disposal.
exact date for demolition should also be indicated.
the cheapest was then
- gutting, demolition, lab for a flat rate
- disposal according to weigh slip at the previously agreed price per pollutant class
- long period for disposition, so not January, but until April (contracted in November)
dust control:
some wanted it at the hydrants, others didn't care. ultimately the house was torn down after rain
traffic safety
the house stood quite close to the road.
a full closure was suggested, partial closure, sidewalk closure.
in the end, traffic was briefly stopped for the walls directly at the road.
