In addition, there were a few small things like paving the yard and terrace, laying the floor, kitchen, fireplace and furnishings. So, as of today, we are just under 310,000 EUR for 143 sqm with [Kfw70 Zertifikat].
The land prices vary in the Hannover region and its neighboring communities from 35 EUR/sqm to 600 EUR/sqm. Depending on the name / reputation and connection to the state capital :) But normally 100-300 EUR.
In our immediate neighborhood, for example, there are still 2 plots (building gaps) with almost 700 sqm available and would be priced at 100 or 110 EUR/sqm.
In the district of Celle, a community is currently selling for 40-50 EUR/sqm, but there is not much going on there. The same applies to the southwest of the district Schaumburg, it is also cheaper there.
But the Hannover region is large :)
