House building - Is it realistic?

Calculated total duration based on your interest assumptions: 34 years 8 months (2.5% interest p.a., €900 monthly installment) So I also consider €200k including [NBK] to be too low - depending on the equipment, €250k is probably possible (but others know that more precisely).

Well, it might be a bit tight. Just use a repayment calculator and check 8-)

My husband and I would like to build a house. The plot of land worth about €43,000 belongs to us. We have imagined building a house costing about €200,000 on it. No basement, gable roof, 1 full floor, about 150 sqm, 5-6 rooms.

Where is the plot located or to put it another way, where do you want to build? Flat plot, hillside ... anything else to consider?
