Provinzial (rental properties)
Both work well. However, a lot depends on who you have as a contact person.

We also had an insurance claim last year, unfortunately the insurance increased to 490 euros since the contract was signed "310€". What do you approximately pay? And what happens with consequential damages caused by the case after the cancellation?

Does anyone have some more information for me? According to Sparkasse, there was no increase, but a sliding new value factor. Which, at 3.9%, does make itself noticeable. A special cancellation is therefore obsolete.
