In which § of the garage regulation is that stated?

Thank you.

In "garages," a sports room would not be allowed – but this does not prevent a room that is legally classified as a living space or small hall for corresponding uses from having the shape of a garage. Therefore, I do not see any obstacle to using a small prefabricated house otherwise sold as a "garage" for the sports room.

In none. According to the garage regulations of Lower Saxony, it only states that it is basically (!) intended for a motor vehicle and regulates the storage of gasoline and diesel.

Roman Fritz trains in his basement. That means for fitness and bodybuilding you don't need such a room height. If you place such a priority on it, then you should know who he is.

Zaba, you dinosaur! This is about Crossfit, not BB...

Rich Froning or Mat Fraser are more the keywords.
