Hessen Housing Promotion Loan / Recommendation

I wanted to do a bit of advertising for the Hessen loan, this type of loan also exists in Bavaria etc., it just has a different name=).
Here there is a funding pool with a max. of €125,000 at 0.6% over 20 years with 3% repayment. This is for any family that has one child and a net income not exceeding approx. €55,000.
I combined this financing with another bank financing and I have to say, the process was absolutely great. The respective caseworkers from the city/state supported us excellently, there is absolutely nothing to complain about here.

The question is what this funding brings, for example, in Bavaria? I believe very few use it. Because hardly anyone who earns about €4,500 net will be able to afford a house at today's prices.

The subsidy also benefits condominiums. And 35% of an income of 4500€ is 1575, which is a decent rate and you can already go well above 500k with that. 125k for 0.6 over 20 years is already good and significantly lowers the mixed interest rate.
