This is my understanding. By the way, I have not seen a reversion in the last 25 years even once. For this, the reasons agreed in the contract are necessary, a notarized agreement, a compensation payment, and the assumption of financing by the landowner. Someone only takes this on if there are really serious reasons (payment default).
