Hello dear forum,

we have finally signed the long-awaited construction contract and hope that things can start soon. We would like to make a small change in our house plans, but simply don’t know how. We have already tinkered and shifted things around, but just can’t find a good solution. Unfortunately, the appointment with the planner will take a while, so I’m hoping for your creative ideas. The "problem" is that we would like to include a walk-in closet in the master area. On the left side, for planning reasons, there must remain a (small) bathroom. Besides 4 rooms, we want to include a small shower bathroom, a larger bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a walk-in closet in the master area (next to the shower bathroom). The designated walk-in closet is intended to become the third child's room. By the way, the knee wall has been raised to 1.25 m and the roof pitch changed to 35 degrees. Maybe you have tips and/or ideas? I would be very happy about that.

Best regards

I would reduce the size of the bedroom and create the access to the bathroom from below through the dressing rooms. Reduce the bedroom so that a second row of wardrobes fits on the upper wall in the dressing rooms, into which the door to the bathroom is then integrated. Alternatively, the bathroom could also be accessed directly from the entrance area of the dressing room.

At least instead of the (megagroßen) dressing table, you can put a cupboard. Does the bedroom have to be that long? Otherwise, you could move the upper wall of the bathroom further up, making the cupboard niche to the right of the bathroom even bigger. Alternatively, you can also put a cupboard on the wall above the bathroom and dressing table. I don't see where you could magically create an additional room there?

Could you please link where the rest of the house can be found? I wouldn’t call the task a "small thing." The dressing room at best is suitable for a very small child still sleeping in the master suite.

I would align the roof and interior walls with each other. Somehow it looks botched like that.

It's not done by just moving a few walls. Large space program for the area.
