Help/Tips for Ground Floor Layout

Hello,
we would like to start building our house next year. At the moment, unfortunately, we are struggling with the floor plan, more precisely with the floor plan on the ground floor. Brief info: house size between 120-130 sqm, planned rooms on the ground floor: kitchen (separated from the dining-living area by a sliding door), dining-living area, utility room (10 sqm with direct garage access), guest WC, if possible a small pantry, but not absolutely necessary.
In the attached floor plan you can see how the rooms should be roughly arranged, since I prefer the kitchen on the street side and the utility room should be on the right side. It is also important to me to have a window in the guest WC and utility room. I am grateful for any idea & advice.

And now the question... what do you expect when you post 3 floor plans here?

All your floor plans tend to be more in the range of 140-160 sqm... What exactly is the question?

Sliding door that separates the kitchen (with counter) from the living area, common pantry, direct garage access are, in my opinion, wishes that are difficult to realize in a 130sqm house. At least together. A good planner will certainly manage it, but an employed planner whose right to exist as an architect has been taken away?... And here you already have to come up with more information. Anyone can wish :)
