Height of window and exterior door lintels

and a quick question...
...at the moment we are planning for our little house a ceiling height from finished floor level of 2.63m on the ground floor.
However, we are now unsure about the height of the window and exterior door lintels.
We had planned a window height of 1.30m + 0.88 cm sill height. So they would "end" at 2.18m. The doors would then also be 2.18m high. That would give us a lintel above all windows and doors of 45 cm at a room height of 2.63m.
Do you think that is too much?
What lintel dimensions do you have?

I think the dimensions are completely fine.
It's no different with old buildings.
I have a ceiling height of 2.53 m, so just 10 cm less.
