Well, apparently it's at the level of an old building, otherwise all the turning back and forth wouldn't work at all...

Morning On Midday Off what kind of heat pump is installed there that it participates in this circus?

Pssst.... you can easily achieve that in a modern house without additional controllers, you just have to do a bit more than building the heating circuits and >distributors according to scheme F and then working with emergency brakes.

KFW55 house, built in 2012.
You master of explanations - how do you want to do it if you simply have different demands at different times of the day? Open the distributor box every time and fiddle around? Or just install a fully electric system right away?

I wouldn’t call it a hassle. When the kids get up, I turn the knob - when the kids come home from kindergarten at noon, I turn it down again,...
During the day the doors are mostly open, the hallway is heated as well, but at night I want it cooler, and if the hallway cools down then I don’t care. The kids are all on the 1st floor - basically except for the bathroom the game is played in all three children’s rooms,... And it makes a noticeable difference - whether it’s 1 / 2 / 3 or more degrees difference I can’t tell you, but it is a noticeable difference whether the heating was on or not (because I consciously cool the room at night).
What temperature do you have in the children’s rooms at night?

Normally, you don't do anything about cooling there, but when I already hear that the corridors have no heating circuit, it's no wonder that it somehow works.

Constantly adjusting would annoy me and affects the efficiency of the pump.

For quick heating, I have planned air conditioning units in the rooms. This way, it doesn't have to be heated "high" continuously.

For us, it's around 21-22 degrees. Our twins (8 years old) as well as our little one (just 3 years old) sleep excellently with that. Thin summer blankets and everything is fine. In the last two years, I never touched the ERR (well, just to dust it!). The ventilation system alone prevents it from cooling down like it does with you. Better to open the windows when "putting to bed," letting in fresh and really cool air to fall asleep, and keep the heating running.

Yep - my hallway is 2 sqm,... Of course I need my own heating circuit there,... Nothing cools down for me, I also have a ventilation system - I don't want to glorify my solution - I just want to point out that there are situations where an ERR makes sense. 21-22 degrees are simply too high, especially for small children - but that's just my opinion. What bothers me is your statement: ERR is always pointless - sure, I'd rather install air conditioning units everywhere,... Just give the advice that it doesn't make sense for you and that's fine.

OK, at 2 sqm² really nonsense. I hadn’t thought that far. Temperatures in toddlers can be debated...
