Of course not all, however in the poorest regions there are other worries than a few degrees too much in the wooden or corrugated iron hut...

Yes, exactly - that's why the statement about the Klimas - with all due respect - is nonsense. Very few people will have such a device...

And here, too, there are certainly millions of people who MUST sleep at over 21 degrees in summer.

Sure, that makes a big difference - and that is exactly what makes the statement so strange, that warm temperatures are so harmful. If not as a baby, when else could we get used to it better

Well, for the initial question it doesn't really matter, in any case 3 thermostats for one room is clearly nonsense. I still wouldn't leave them out entirely, even if you can adjust the heating to your personal comfort.
