Yes, I do agree with you on that...

My insurance agent got back to me. Theft is actually not included. You could insure it as well if you cover against "unbenannte Gefahren," but that would cost about €100 extra premium per year.

Once you live in the house, I consider the theft of the outdoor unit of the heat pump extremely unlikely. Dismantling the thing in such a way that it can still be used is not a matter of a few minutes. And before the handover of the construction, it is the responsibility of the general contractor (GU). And if it does get stolen, the replacement is the bigger problem anyway.

So my VS is also keeping a low profile. My VS AD person first wants to get a price from the company for the outdoor unit including installation. Then they will see what to do next. So I am still working on the issue. Or has anyone "by any chance" already heard the price of a Vaillant outdoor unit (75/5) with installation?

I received an offer from my heating installer at that time for the BAFA subsidy, or it was also shown as a separate invoice via the main contractor.

€13,113.52 for the COMPLETE heating set including hydraulic station, buffer, separator, etc. and €4,576 for the installation of the heating and ventilation. Both net.

Cutting cables and pipes, done? Where those things go, you can already fiddle them back into place.
