Heat pump in new building BAFA subsidy

Hello,

I have the following question:

A self-employed heating engineer (sole proprietorship) installs a heat pump in his private new building. How can he now receive the subsidy?
Simply write an invoice to himself? Will it be accepted or rejected by the BAFA?

At the moment, no one can be reached at the BAFA (only a recorded message). No one responds by email either :/

There is currently no BAFA funding for a heat pump.

In my opinion, it was extended until 03/31/2021. But that one is now over as well. The funding should have been applied for before the start of the measure and should only have been allowed to begin within one year after approval. But the self-employed heating engineer should actually know that. Now it's too late anyway.

As far as I know, it was not extended. Only the Baukindergeld was extended until 31.03.2021 :)
