Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum.
New construction single-family house with a granny flat, total 220m2 KFW 55 in 71364.
Heating load 6 KW
Planned photovoltaic system 10KW, therefore it is important that the "future" pump can communicate well with the photovoltaic system and of course that the annual performance factor >4.5 is achieved.
Customer service / price-performance ratio should be suitable.

I have read a lot in various forums and also entered various scenarios in the annual performance factor calculator.

Now my 3 favorites:
Rennergy
Bosch
Wolf

Earth drilling etc. not possible.
Which can you recommend?
Do you have favorites?
Recommendation for heating installer in the region?

Best regards
Lucky

Photovoltaic either up to max 9.9 kwp or at least > 13 kwp

Air-to-water heat pumps with an annual performance factor > 4.5 are rare. In my opinion, a good one is Alpha Innotec LWDV91-1/3-HDV 9-1/3. Very efficient. Service is not given much importance. Actually at no provider.

Instead of earth drilling, a slinky collector might be an option. Compare on Google! This way you remain flexible regarding heat pumps.

Photovoltaics are currently difficult to plan due to the cap.

Hi,

1. At which NAT should the annual performance factor be achieved? The Nibe F2120 and the IDM are found in this range. AI has already been mentioned. Ring trench collector has also been discussed. Important for a good annual performance factor is a low flow temperature (VLT). That means with wall heating in the bathroom and concrete core activation in the ceiling you lower the flow temperature to 30 degrees C. In addition, the BKA increases living comfort and significantly improves cooling with a heat pump. 2. You greatly overestimate the importance that the photovoltaic system and heat pump communicate well. A simple time control (daily boost) for the heat pump already significantly increases self-consumption. Active communication then only brings marginal benefits. Therefore, better not use this as a main criterion. Much more important is that the heat pump operates modulating. That makes a much bigger difference. Also, the good heat pumps (annual performance factor=4.5) are all SG ready anyway and can be directly controlled by the photovoltaic system via the two inputs accordingly. Regards Nika
