As I said, I don't have a DSLR with me on the construction site either ... the wood is painted white on the inside to match the roof truss, I almost wished it were a bit darker so you could see from a distance that it is wood, so I let that slide (-;
How exactly can I tell if the seal has been compromised? And how long do you think it takes for the gas to escape, is it noticeable immediately or only after a few years?
No, it is not in the hood pictures thread and it won't be, I don't feel like having floor plan discussions etc. or being told like above that I should have done it differently ... because if I had known that beforehand, I would have done it accordingly ....
It's strange, for example, the windows in the utility rooms like storage are made of plastic and no one asked about that .... and thanks for the tip above but maybe I just didn't think about that myself beforehand?
Help Help is probably the only one who has no problems at all with building.

No, I also had a defect here and there but kept things in perspective. There are cosmetic defects and serious ones. If you see leftover glue on a small corner with a magnifying glass, then it's cosmetic. By the way, I also have wood/aluminum windows.
You have to ask yourself the question why and where something was installed, for example plastic windows. I find that visually odd.
