Ground floor plan city villa new construction

after we uploaded the floor plan of our city villa with basement here a few days ago and it received quite a lot of criticism, we gathered a lot of input and looked at many floor plans.

Now here is our "improved version" of the ground floor that we sketched ourselves, meaning some measurements are no longer accurate: We removed the pantry, practically relocated the bay window, and added a passage including a wardrobe to the garage. The garage still needs to be moved forward by 1m, and then the office window also needs to be moved slightly forward. The stairs including the wall will be moved 0.3m to the right, although I’m still not entirely happy with the stairs themselves.

The colored floor plan is the original, black/white is the one with the changes.

I would be very happy to hear your opinions and suggestions.
