I really like the symmetry. I would place two fixed frosted glass elements to the right and left of the door and design the door to match visually. Just like shown in the view.

I also find it very chic Nordanney! Is that frosted glass or tinted on the windows? The house number would be too inconspicuous for me, but otherwise really very nice. What are the dimensions of the windows and doors? There are three spotlights in the ceiling, right? Are they connected to a motion detector or how do they turn on?

Cool yes, expensive probably not. As far as I know, they are "just" glued-on strips that someone treated themselves to there - but that doesn't change the stylish look ;)
