Granite tiles on concrete floor?

I want to equip my climate cellar (approx. 20m²) with granite tiles (30.5 x 30.5 x 1).
The floor slab = concrete floor is relatively even. Max. 5mm uneven.
Can I glue the tiles directly onto the concrete with flexible adhesive? Or do I necessarily have to work with leveling compound? I want to avoid the cost of the leveling compound if it is not absolutely necessary.
What do the experts say?

It's okay. The situation with our stairs was similar. Flexible adhesives can be applied up to 30mm depending on the type. That should be enough.

What about rising moisture through the floor slab (capillary action)?

I have laid bubble foil across the entire area under the floor slab. The floor slab is 30 cm thicker WU concrete. There should be little to no rising.
