I'm asking about the room program. Do you have 4 children, so that the over 300 sqm are needed? I mean, not even with 6 children is over 300 sqm necessary. However, you have to know that... it's just a bit strange to determine the size of the house based on the plot ratio/floor area ratio, because then there wouldn't even be space left for a terrace or later a canopy/conservatory or similar.
