I would think twice about leaving out the controlled residential ventilation. That has nothing to do with the construction method.
Well, yes and no. Whether you have 12 cm insulation + 24 cm stone or build monolithically with a lime plaster component on the interior is indeed a difference. And it is not quite true that almost everyone builds with controlled residential ventilation. Of the 10 general contractors I asked (including 2 large ones), the statements were that somewhat over 50% of houses are built with controlled residential ventilation.
