maybe you should just assume that no one will install a gas heating system given the current situation. Period.:rolleyes:
Because your question was clearly stated:

Oh, I overlooked that. Thanks! The reasons are firstly the low initial purchase price and the monthly additional costs. I have plenty of friends who built with heat pumps and all, really all, have immense additional costs. But also friends who have gas. Also my parents, as well as my brother (5-person household). Houses not built to the latest standards technically. Advance payments for years of 50-80€. In the last 2 years rather 80€-100€. Now all the heat pump fans come and install a 30,000€ photovoltaic system. Even if I include chimney sweeper, CO2 tax. Extra cost for heat pump and photovoltaic. How long do I have to heat until it pays off?

About my house: 190 sqm heated living area 36.5 aerated concrete triple glazing no insulation 2 filigree ceilings

In new buildings, gas and heat pumps should not differ by more than €10,000 in total cost accounting. And that already includes the current delivery surcharge.

Why your friends have high ancillary costs, I don't know. I don't know anyone with a heat pump who has high ancillary costs. Neither in old nor in new buildings. You only ever see these cases on television.
Basically, there are only those who are happy to have chosen a heat pump and those who are regretting it now.

Usually, the heat pump is not to blame, but rather a crappy heating design. The Polo is also not to blame if you always drive at 6,000 rpm and wonder why 15 liters flow through so fast... A gas heating system is simply "easier" to plan and forgives mistakes. The heat pump is a bitch in that regard.

You will hardly get an advance payment of 100€ anymore. We just closed.. 100 sqm house and have an advance payment of almost 200€

We are currently building a new single-family house and have decided on a gas heating system, which we will operate with biogas for little additional cost, if at all. We also assume that the gas heating system will be operated with hydrogen in the medium term, even though that seems a bit complicated. Here, I simply trust in development and research. I wrote a long and very detailed answer to your question, but then deleted my response again because the decision for a gas heating system instead of a heat pump is not well received here in the forum. If it hadn’t been so impolite, I would have preferred to avoid answering your question altogether. ;-)
