Untreated, I wouldn’t leave it either. Oil and other liquids penetrate, and dirt from shoes and tires also settles firmly. So tiles or 2K coating

What kind of 2K coating did you use? Did you apply it yourself? How satisfied are you?

I still have to do it as well and I would also like to coat with 2K.

Sure... Dirt gets tracked in somewhere. Oil shouldn't appear anyway. But it's also a garage, so I'm not that picky about it.

But practically speaking: what do you do with
a) Rain: leaving puddles standing isn't great either
b) Snow: do you completely brush off your cars (roughly is understood) before entering the garage? And even then: there is still enough in the tread for everything to be full of puddles.

As I said: my father coated the garage, and since then, whenever he drives into the garage in such weather, he always puts old towels under the tires because otherwise everything gets flooded. He definitely imagined it differently.
And you can only make a drain with an oil separator, right?

My floor is tiled with underfloor heating. I also have a drainage system. But one should keep in mind that especially with a somewhat larger garage, it is difficult to create a slope so that everything really flows toward the drain. In my opinion, that is not feasible.

As long as it keeps snowing, never. However, I only know puddles in a disturbing measure from the time when I had a garage with a closed floor but no windows. Whether I would have preferred a fully soaked screed there, I dare to doubt.

Yes, that's how it should be.

A slope in two dimensions, especially designed as a "funnel", would make me fear an unintended trip hazard.

I don't have a car in the garage, so I have never faced that problem.

I assume that's a joke
