Hello,
As a rule, the roof covering for masonry garages is done with a 2-layer bitumen welding membrane, with the top layer being covered with gravel. The roof edge should be made with a continuous parapet cap – made of zinc sheet metal. This is usually done by the carpenter.
@Bauexperte: I received offers for carpenters for the 7200 you mentioned (3x9, electric sectional door, garden gate + strip foundation) in the range of 9-10k. I also heard that from K+!
If I get it for 7200, there will be a prefabricated garage right away, same price and more space (thin walls)![/QUOTE]
I specifically wrote "+" in words plus sectional door and remote control
Whether you can really save with the option the shell builder mentioned, I cannot answer, although I honestly doubt that he can make the masonry for under TEUR 3 (the base slab alone would cost about TEUR 2.2). And then it continues: the carpenter wants to be paid, the plasterer too, and who, please, installs the door?
Kind regards
the roof is what worries me, how is something like that done on a masonry garage? Which trade does that?
