Therefore, first check the shell construction to see how it is described. At the moment, it looks to me as if thermal insulation is assumed and not a two-shell wall. Or the recess was ignored for some reason. I would first measure the floor slab to see if the external dimensions are correct.

Doesn't look right to me either. I suspect that with your wall structure, it was simply done incorrectly. Write to the site manager, ask a clarification question, and wait to see what comes.

I can't see that clearly in the photo, but the strip foundation usually extends over the base slab in this construction. The facing brick is then placed directly on the strip foundation.

If that were the case, the offset to the garage should be visible, right? Here are a few more photos of the course: you can see an offset at the strip foundations that could fit, but no longer starting from the facing wall, which serves as a shield against the Ersreich.
