Hello everyone,
A few weeks ago I had my roof windows replaced and specifically chose the triple glazing because the roofer recommended it to me with reference to the subsidy. You can claim 20% over 3 years.
However, I did not receive any consultation protocol or anything similar from him. It only states on the invoice that the windows are eligible for subsidy. Therefore, I assume that this is not sufficient.
I have been chasing the roofer about this for 2 weeks now. Initially, he said he would prepare it for me and send it to me. Then he stopped responding. I wonder why? Is he not authorized to do so? Besides, he has had my house key for 6 weeks. He has already wanted to give it back to me several times. The guy seems very unreliable. I actually didn't think that, as I have known him personally for a long time, but I don't understand it.
Regarding the subsidy, therefore the question: is a consultation protocol strictly necessary, or is the reference on the invoice that the windows are eligible for subsidy enough?
Regarding the house door key, I think I will write the colleague a letter setting a deadline for return with a warning of changing the lock at his expense. Maybe then he will respond. Unfortunately annoying what you keep experiencing with craftsmen.
