Depending on the size, that could work - of course, it is something else that is comfortable. With moving, it could happen...

No offense, but the approach regarding the quantity doesn't really make sense. I like to install the formwork blocks myself and have already done several hundred.

For a calculated 6m³, that's almost 11 tons of material that you have to shovel into the mixer and then shovel again into the formwork blocks. So that's already 22 tons, great.

Order 6m³ of waterproof concrete [WU-Beton], currently costs €69/m³ including VAT, plus €20 rental fee for the vibrator, €10 for the 5m KG pipe which the driver brings for unloading, and €30 because the unloading takes a bit longer.
For €500 you have all the blocks filled with waterproof concrete of tested and consistent quality. Two extra guys helping with unloading, one holds the pipe, one vibrates, and one takes responsibility.
Two hours later you can barbecue and watch the curing.

I strongly doubt that after accounting for the delivery of gravel and cement and whatever else is needed, any amount saved is more than double digits.

Don't forget to fill the joints of the formwork blocks with mortar or tile adhesive before the bitumen coating, otherwise it won't be very effective.

Hello angoletti

thanks for the tip. Ready-mix concrete would also be my first choice. But it’s not possible. I can fill a maximum of 3 rows of stones stacked. The working space is very limited (at the back an underpinning, on the left and right a concrete wall each raised for stabilization. In between I am currently pouring the floor slab. I have a maximum working space of 20cm. Realistically, I can only put bitumen on there if I first spread bitumen on every 2nd row and stick the Styrodur on it. There simply is no more space.
I’m not worried about the few euros for the ready-mix concrete.

Hello

I am currently trying to get a silo with 6m³ of flow concrete. With the pump, I could mix the stuff exactly as I need it. Let's see if someone can deliver.

You still have to compact or shake though - don't forget!

Search on Ebay for "Rüttler". The parts that look like a drill with a hose are available for around 50€. With a long hose, about 150€. There are also concrete plasticizers as admixtures, which is probably what you meant, but this does not replace a compaction process, it only facilitates it.
