No - we built quite "normal" according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016.

You can feel that with your hand.

And do you have a KFW loan?
To my knowledge, it is then necessary. You show the financing bank that the Energy Saving Ordinance has been complied with.
You would have indicated something incorrect.
Leaving that aside, the BDT shows where there are defects in the house.
But I am not certain.
I would not take it lightly, especially regarding your shocking picture.
I see a need for action in many directions, even if it is not a MUST.

No, we have not taken out a KFW loan.

First of all, thank you very much for all your answers - I confronted my architect with them - let's see what he thinks now.

Last night, I monitored the bedroom again using my "Netatmo" station. You can clearly see that obviously the built-in ventilation system does not remove the CO2 content or the increasing humidity - which I also find very strange:

At which level is it running? The basic level is only designed for building protection here. If several people are in the house, it has to be the next level.

The system runs in automatic mode and always has around 160 m3/h

According to calculation:
Ventilation for moisture protection: 48 m3/h
Reduced ventilation: 112 m3/h
Nominal ventilation: 160 m3/h
Intensive ventilation: 208 m3/h

The Zehnder system was set to the following values:
Absent: 50 m3/h
Level 1: 115 m3/h
Level 2: 160 m3/h
Level 3: 210 m3/h

For a few days now, the display suddenly shows: Frost Disbalance - could that possibly mean something?
