We are approaching the final stages, the painter is already working and the tiler has started. Electricity is already installed throughout the house and RW/SW is laid over the 40 meters to the street. All other outstanding tasks are scheduled and the move-in is planned for early December. The driveway and the yard will also be finished in two weeks, the terrace has been done since last Saturday. Overall, we are at just about 8 months of construction time. Budget-wise, we are at around €2,500/sqm for KG300/400 including ground work. As of today, we will be below the cost estimate of the architect from March 23.

Good price!
What kind of wood-look facade is this? HPL strips as a curtain facade? Could you please tell me (if permissible) the name of the manufacturer or the system?

Yes exactly, it is an HPL from the manufacturer Fundermaxx from Austria (cheaper than Trespa). I think the color is Enigma Oak. According to Zimmermann, this is the first time in Northern Germany that the system has been installed this way.
