Hello,

a bungalow is planned, only one floor. The attic is intended to be used only as storage space.

This is just a sketch for now, maybe one of you will immediately notice something that just doesn’t work?

Thank you very much!

Best regards.

Hello,

I don’t find the floor plan bad. It’s nice that the private rooms are separated from the public rooms.

A few small things still caught my attention:
- The pantry looks very small. Maybe it could be omitted and more storage space could be created in the kitchen itself.
- Could the door to the bedroom be moved so that there is still space for a wardrobe behind the door (you can never have enough storage space).
- Personally, a bedroom facing south would be too warm for me. The sun shines on it all day and it could get quite warm for sleeping.

But otherwise, I find the floor plan quite good.

I don't understand the purpose of the windfang.

Hi,
overall I think it's good.

The bedroom in the south can get quite warm - is an air conditioner planned?
The layout of the bathroom is not quite clear. Is there a shower in that corner? Then I find it quite tight.
The terrace is behind the bedroom and goes up to? Are there no doors from the living room to the terrace?
The bed in the bedroom is quite close to the wall. The "right-side sleeper" can almost only jump into bed from the foot end. That would be too tight for me there.
The windbreak is also too tight for me, I would just eliminate it.

Other than that, the south-facing position of the property is very nice for the living room and kitchen. :)

Windfang is too small... the door almost collides with the opposite wall, where is one supposed to move there? -> Windfang wall is unnecessary.
I also find the pantry poorly integrated with the door into the dining area at the counter. Either leave it out or plan a passage between both kitchen work counters. Personally, I would leave it out.
Move the bedroom door... but that has already been said. Rotate the bed ;)
Personally, I would feel comfortable there.

Tip: Furniture, especially in the bathroom, should be drawn to scale... the shower and tub are, in my opinion, drawn much too small. Also the couch etc.

For how many people? For two, the space in the bedroom for wardrobes will not be enough. Personally, I don’t like it when you can see from the entrance door all the way into the living room. That’s why I would rather shift the exterior wall instead of moving the partition wall. That also makes it easier with the [Satteldachvariante].
