Floor plan: Single-family house 5.60x15.80 m Opinions

Hello,
we have finally found a plot of land to build a single-family house. Due to the distance requirements to our neighbors, the developer has sent us the floor plan. I am still not sure to what extent the narrow floor plan will cause me worries or problems in everyday life. I have no idea yet. Maybe someone of you has experience in this regard. I cannot go wider. If we agree..... we have to live with the property. I would be glad if you could share your opinion or even a suggestion for improvement with me.

Such a rather narrow building project can be very cozy. I would immediately know what I would change.

I would really ask the architect/developer once why he does not follow the boundary line, especially to gain more width at the front. Or will the building on the right in the picture remain standing?
