What are the dimensions of the kitchen/dining area?

Very roughly:
The kitchen part is about 3.8m x 2.4m = 9sqm, so that there is at least 1.1m of space between the two rows.
The dining part is about 3.8m x 3m = 11sqm.

Edit: About the wardrobe in the bedroom: I thought it was drawn differently. The wardrobe should also be rather to the right next to the door and the dressers at the foot end. The bed should be moved further up.
