Hello everyone,

our floor plan design is completed to the extent that we are satisfied with it. Perhaps someone still has an idea / suggestions on what can be improved.
Ground floor

Upper floor

Thanks and regards Martin

Awesome! Is that from an architect? 21sqm gallery, but rooms like prison cells. Eek. Amazing traffic areas on the ground floor. To get to the upper floor, you have to go through the whole poorly planned place. Could be interesting if the parents want privacy and the kids have visitors. Personally, I find the floor plan completely unthought-out, loveless, and without function. I wouldn't want to grow old in that thing. I think it can be done better.

no cloakroom? from the entrance through the living room, dining room to the kitchen? teenagers have to trot through the living room when they come home late? that's not very cozy. the staircase is also poorly designed. does the house have a basement? waste of space on the upper floor with a huge gallery, but small rooms and hardly any space for a few wardrobes. what is drawn in as wardrobes is never enough. please reconsider the house again or start over from scratch.

Hello!

For me, the floor plan would definitely not be an option like this either.
I find the solution that the stairs lead off from the living area particularly unfortunate because, for example, the TV booms throughout the whole house. The lack of space for wardrobes has also already been mentioned.

But maybe I can get a tip on which software one can use to create such floor plans?
Or is there no freeware for that? Although you can scribble nicely with pen, paper, and ruler, it would be much tidier this way...

Regards

I can only agree with my predecessors. A thing or two is still missing. But the basic idea is good. I have a program at home, if one can plan something like that, but it is a bit complicated. Unfortunately, I don't know right now what it is called and where it is. Maybe I'll find it again later...

Thank you very much for the criticism. Based on the points raised, we have replanned once again. I kindly ask for an evaluation again to see if there are any major mistakes.

Thank you.
