Me too. Moreover, the mentioned misunderstanding office/guest room as bedroom is then contradictory again, because if it is supposed to be a bedroom, why write guest/office and not plan it as a bedroom, where there could also be wardrobes?!

If you really understand it, you could simply fix the defect. Closing is not a solution, especially since with the current bad weather every popcorn thread is vital for survival.

It is definitely assumed that an upper floor will be used sooner or later. The OP just doesn’t want criticism, so he backs off toward the planner who plans everything the OP wants.
