Um, okay maybe you understand sharing differently than I do, but the division really leaps out at you. Depending on the division, only short drywall partitions with doors need to be installed, but I understand that I have never seen or let alone done something like this. Parking spaces really, aren't 7 parking spaces enough for you? Should I plan 14 parking spaces for 7 people or rather 21 parking spaces?

I don't see it quite that simply, because with more than 2 units of use, the building in my view shifts from building class 2 to building class 3. The latter has a few more requirements compared to building class 2.

And needs a development plan that allows apartment buildings in the first place.
