So there will be underfloor heating throughout the entire house. The storage space under the stairs is not absolutely necessary, but there should be at least one more door/wall as a separation between the ground floor and the upper floor, as our little one wakes up at every noise.

The idea with the shower makes a lot of sense. But especially in the bathroom, if we decide on the closed version, quite a bit will change.

The exterior views currently still show brick cladding, but we will probably go with plaster (white) instead, as we like it better and it is also cheaper than the brick cladding we like.

Thanks for the feedback!

The children's bathroom is smaller than the dressing room. You can't give your kids much, can you? Everything is really big - only here they save - a pity. Widen it a bit and it won't feel like a hotel bathroom. In option A, the child sleeps with their head next to the bathtub - you can't take a bath in peace in the evening if a child wants to sleep nearby. I personally find option B strange - the bathtub in the middle of the room - not my taste at all.

Nonsense. 6.2m² for a small bathroom - that's a large bathroom for others.

Yes, I would probably also swap child 1 and the guest room. I remember when I was a child my room was also next to the bathroom. As soon as the shower ran, I was awake.

I think the draft is good,
I see parallels to our house that we are building this year in a way, but our budget is smaller.
Maybe you can take a look at our planning, for example you can see that our children's bathroom is "only" 4.25m², which should be completely sufficient. We also decided on an ETICS because fiber cement panels cost twice as much (approx. 250 EUR/m²).
I couldn't sleep for countless nights because the plan mostly came from my pen. You'll go through that too

Regards
Nico
