Hello albert, regarding the topic of clinker bricks, I can only advise you to visit a clinker exhibition and look at the colors in daylight. On the internet and also in the catalog, the clinker colors appear differently. We were also given the addresses of reference projects where we could see exactly the clinker that we liked in the exhibition on the object. You can find out where the exhibitions near you are on the websites of the clinker manufacturers. Regards Fragi

Thank you very much. That is what the architect also advised us. But we want to look at various clinkers on the internet now that might possibly suit our "modern" property. Either way, we will of course look at everything on site...

Stylish floor plan! Is the 500,000 just for the house or including the land?

The 500,000€ is only for the house. About 100,000€ buffer is planned for the kitchen, KNX, and other extras. Land and ancillary building costs are a separate budget.

So house + KNX, kitchen, other extras = 600,000€ (I think that should be enough)

In the entire ground floor, exposed screed is to be used except in the living room (there parquet). On the upper floor, only in the bathrooms, everywhere else parquet.

(I remember) Which OG are you leaning towards? Still the open version or the "closed" (bathroom)?

Where do you have your heating? I would personally prefer an open staircase (without a storage room), but you probably need the storage space? For the bathroom, I would choose the closed version: change the exit of the shower there, so put the shower on the outer wall, so you don't have to pass the window. Or is there only a strip of windows? I have already closed the exterior views again - they are a bit unusual after all. But sometimes you have to be able to do things differently! Respect
