The house looks stylistically as if an existing building from 1980 was visually adapted in 2020, and styled slightly spaced out like with . I like the shed for bicycles and garbage bins, as well as the fact that the architect sketched it by hand here. "More info on the local context" is something I can only agree with. The missing fourth elevation and the basement boundary issue presumably result from an extension on a property boundary on the left side of the plan, where the hatching probably represents the neighboring house – what kind of house is this: the "other semi-detached half" or a terraced house, and: does it have no basement?

That is of interest here, which is why it is being asked about. I find the house attractive from the outside, but I don’t want to scrutinize a window in detail now. Some things can definitely be changed, but you say it yourself With 160 sqm, as kindly calculated by , it is not presumptuously large and makes it appealing. And affordable. However, the house would benefit from 10 sqm above the upper edge. The large basement confuses me a bit there. But what I fundamentally criticize is the too dark dining area: because of the roof, you always have to turn on artificial light there.

In my opinion, it has static reasons.

Well, in the kitchen area the roof is very high. The lighting to the south should be sufficient up to 7 m. The window front is also quite large.

I would choose the panoramic window in the living room and the large window in the kitchen

Some answers are usually quite nice as well.

Kitchen is kitchen. At the dining area, some light will fall in the afternoon through the kitchen window. But believe me: a bright seating area, e.g. for schoolwork, should have no roof here. I’m not saying you’ll be standing in the dark.
