North is at the bottom of the plan ;)

... there is surely an original plan for that plan which has been adapted. Simply use the original plan and explain again what doesn’t fit so well. And, as said, provide a few measurements.

Kitchen/dining area/terrace access ... try drawing yourself how that should be arranged in your layout.

It is hard to believe when two rooms on the upper floor do not even have a door and when you go down the stairs from the top, you run into the windbreak wall :)
I also question the window drawings...

If you traced this with your own program, please say so.
Otherwise, change the house provider or the planner!

The plan is from a planner. Maybe it should not yet be called a plan, rather a draft to see if the layout itself... meaning the arrangement of the rooms as we want it, fits the area like that. The actual plan is in progress, I already wrote that.

I find it extremely successful. All necessary rooms are present, walls are drawn, and even doors have been mostly considered.

However, I miss a bit of color. Could you please upload the plan here in color so that it can be evaluated even better?
