Floor plan of a 150 sqm single-family house for assessment

I find it extremely successful. All necessary rooms are present, walls are drawn in, and they even mostly thought about doors.

But it could also become a boat. ;)

Some comments here are bursting with the same professionalism as the preliminary work of this planner. Thank you for that. Chapeau!

To be honest, there is not much to do with this plan, draft, sketch... whatever you want to call this construct. It may serve as a rough orientation, but nothing more. What immediately stands out to me is the proportion of the bay window. I can’t help it but... no, please change that quickly. And the staircase. No idea what they were thinking. I’ve never seen anything like it or maybe I’m misreading the plan. Pantry already mentioned. Upper floor without structure. Please start over and have a serious talk with the planner... Or as mentioned, switch. Regards
