Floor plan - Living room too dark?

Hello everyone,

We have found an apartment where the location is good. But I am afraid that the living room is too dark. The side with the bedrooms is okay.

Does the 3rd floor with the same floor plan have much more light than the 2nd floor?

Yes, you apparently only get the low-lying sun into the room in the evening. However, it can already be blocked again by another house nearby on the west side. A loggia is also covered, so the light must first be able to reach the room. Unfortunately, there is still a missing exposed window on the front in the dining area. Or is one supposed to go there according to the third picture? In my opinion, there is not much difference between the 2nd or 3rd floor.

ypg, I think there is no window planned, it's more like a niche (today it's cozy here). I also think it won't be particularly bright in the apartment...

That’s exactly what I was just going to point out, in fact, only about 10m² are actually usable in KZ 2.

Is this a new building and you want to buy - or rent? I think the lighting concept will play a big role in the whole thing. If you haven't absolutely fallen in love with the apartment and you want to buy, I think I would keep looking a bit more.
