Floor plan - Living room too dark?

There I estimate the sun position to be around 3-4 p.m., June or July. You can see quite well that the sun is not really visible on the balcony yet, so it only creeps into the rooms later.
In winter, the building standing to the south will not let any sun into the loggias :(

Regarding Kinderzimmer2 (children's room 2): if there is only one child anyway, then that is a splendid dressing/office room.
One must consider that it is an apartment from a developer - I assume the building will be renovated?

I would rent or even buy this apartment because of the floor plan, if much more light came into the living area. If the gutting also affects the walls and the bright walls could still be moved, I would see a lot of potential there for myself.
