Okay. The little walls could also be removed. The niche behind the front door possibly as well. The garage is predetermined on all the plots on this side, since the driveway is predetermined. Possibly it can be made shorter or moved further towards the street. The staircase is exactly the smallest one in size. So it should fit. I agree that the children's rooms should be the same size. I'll start working on something completely new again. Thanks already for the suggestions.

One does not mean the other. If you are not so rigid about following the guidelines but still want to get the best out of your property (and not just take others as an example), then an architect has to do it. Example: for us the requirement is: driveway on the left side (for us from the north on the east side). But that does not mean that I cannot place the garage as a privacy screen on the right side. Fortunately, our cars can still make a turn – even on a property :) In the building window you have a lot of leeway ;)

Hello Jimmylein,

in general, I have to ask again: For what reason should these windows be behind the bed (or to the right and left next to it)? You already have a large double glass door to the south. That definitely provides enough light to the room.

Another question: What exactly is the area between the guest WC and the pantry or the children's room and the bathroom? Is this supposed to be the utility room – then you need a door? Or just an area through which chimney flues run – then this area wouldn’t need a window? I can’t currently assign this area.

In the living room, the couch completely blocks one of the glass doors – OK, you don’t necessarily have to place it that way. But if you do – why spend money on a large double glass door if it’s just going to be blocked.

In general, maybe the following principle should be observed: Many windows to the south and east, rather few window surfaces to the north and west (weather sides). Just check, for example, whether the window in the bathroom above the toilet or the windows above the beds in the children's rooms are really necessary (due to the other large windows in the rooms you have enough light – plus it costs you space for the furniture).

So long for the first. f-pNo

This is probably a staircase/platform staircase.

But many see it differently: West side = window side, because in the evening, when the sun comes from the west, it can be enjoyed there, unlike in the east :)

The garage is better planned than the house :-)
