- Where and how is the wardrobe? (This is my favorite topic)
- Carrying groceries to the kitchen or pantry is far and impractical
- Bedroom on the upper floor is inconvenient: too cramped. Are you planning a TV in the bedroom?
- I would relocate the bathtub
- Think carefully about how your routines are. For example, when you come out of the shower, you need a towel. Where does it hang? Towel warmer?

With 210 sqm + basement, you can already plan more sensibly. Go to an architect

What I will never understand, by the way, is why Germans always place the toilet in the bathroom and not separated in its own room. I didn't want the bathroom to be blocked just because I sit on the toilet for a long time or that it smells afterward while others might want to brush their teeth or take a shower.

Better to sit every time in a small cell? Most of the time you know it will smell (the crystal ball works here ), then you can just use the second toilet?!
And there are also many people besides the blockers, it usually goes quite fast

The OP is shocked and gone again, right?

Or I want to go to the toilet right before taking a shower and don’t want to change rooms for that...I also usually find such small WC rooms uncomfortable. The worst are the cells that don’t even have a sink.

Yes, also a good example. And without a sink is out of the question... after all, there are also bacteria...

But that is not really a disadvantage compared to the stench and the blockage of the entire bathroom. A sink is of course a must and pretty much everyone can sacrifice 3sqm for a separate toilet in favor of comfort.

Another advantage is that visiting children who play upstairs with your own kids don’t have to use the main bathroom.
