No, post them exactly like the ground floor and a section of the development plan (or simply name it without a link, "Dingsdorf No. 123 Im kühlen Grunde"). It should even remain here then.

P.S.: if the design had a relevant level of creativity it would relate to the design itself and in no way be eliminated by making a copy of it. However, such transfers regularly result in omissions of the transfer of important details (less for the level of creativity and more for the recognition of tricky problem points by the viewers). Therefore, it is unnecessary, useless, and damaging nonsense. Such copyright notices are only meant to make clear to customers the illegality of having a house built based on plans taken from company A and used by company B.

Yes, certainly, if you don't want to plan with 10 cm accuracy but are looking for ideas on how to change something. However, it should be executed approximately to scale. It would also be important to include the plot with its orientation and access road. Are you planning duplexes externally?

Thank you for your responses.

We would like to "rebuild" the whole thing and then hope for suggestions.
We understand that it is a standard design, but we are sure to get a few helpful suggestions here.
We are not concerned about 10cm for now.
I had actually included the orientation in the picture. You enter the house from the east and the street also runs east of the house.
We are not planning an exterior twin; our building partner’s plot is larger and his house will also be larger (in width).
The length of the two halves is the same, so nothing is offset, and neither is the roof.

What about the Frunem rebuild? It should look roughly like this, at least the upper floor. I have changed the ground floor a bit in the hope that it fits. In the guest bathroom there is a HA shaft for the technology in the attic.

Whoever changed that. It certainly wasn’t you.
