Floor plan design new apartment

Hello dear community,

Recently, we (my girlfriend and I) bought a new apartment. Unfortunately, we are still a bit inexperienced when it comes to the apartment layout and the arrangement of the furniture.

Especially the living/dining area is giving us a hard time.
How would you, for example, place the TV/sofa here?

We would like to keep one bathroom as it is, but the second bathroom (on the right) seems rather unnecessary to us. We would rather make a small home office out of it and instead of the small storage room, a guest toilet. What do you think?
And we also don’t find the layout of the other two rooms very fortunate yet. How would you handle it? We don’t have children yet, but would like to have 1-2 kids sometime in the future...

Construction has not started yet and since we have only a few load-bearing walls, we are still very flexible.

We would be happy about ideas and suggestions!

A dimensioned floor plan would be nice and an indication of where north is.

The new layout of the two rooms on the right seems very narrow to me.

Are you sure that you can still divide it up significantly yourselves, especially regarding water points? Because they also need to be routed downwards and might not fit the floor plan there.

EDIT:
There is practically no sensible space for tall cabinets like a refrigerator or a tall oven cabinet in the kitchen.
